Something blue challenge.

As you will have seen from my side bar, I was lucky and have been chosen to join the Oak House Studio design team.  I did a happy dance as I really love their products.  This month has been a something blue challenge.  Today's the last day to enter.

Here are my ideas:

I used the Thoresby Square Positive stamp and versamark to stamp in the corners of the card and added clear detail embossing powder.  I then sprayed the card with citrus yellow ink in a bottle and painted in the background on the stamped squares.
I stamped some precut squares using the midnight blue inkpad added clear detail embossing powder and teabag folded the squares to create the flower.

I used one of the Oak House Studio stamping tags  they are super smooth and give a lovely surface for stamping on.
The background was sprayed with Jubilee Blue ink in a bottle and then dabs of silver pearl dotted on and clear detail powder added, (as the drops are wet the powder will bubble, don't worry, you get a great textured effect).
I used the fabric hearts from a stitch in time (if you'd just like some hearts they are HERE) and stamped them in sea blue.
I added a button to the centre from the same set, stamped in sea blue and painted with silver pearl ink in a bottle.
The sentiment was stamped in chocolate brown from the All you need  stamp set.

Thanks for dropping by Lynne x
